The petitioner seeks for consideration of objection in the timing conference scheduled, to settle the timings of the second respondent. The learned Government Pleader submits that the timing conference itself was scheduled on Saturday. If timings have been settled, the petitioner would have to take up the revisional remedy and if the same stands adjourned, the petitioner's objection shall be considered when the matter is taken up. The writ petition is disposed of.
