The petitioner No.1 prays that the answer-sheet in the subject of 'Social Studies' and 'Hindi' in the 4th semester B.T.C. Examination, 2018 (Batch-2015) may be provided to the petitioner No.1 after he makes an application in the prescribed form and deposits the requisite fee. The petitioner No.2 prays that the answer-sheet in the subject of 'Science', 'Social Studies' and 'Hindi' in the 4th semester B.T.C. Examination, 2018 (Batch-2015) may be provided to the petitioner No.2 after he makes an application in the prescribed form and deposits the requisite fee. The petitioner No.3 prays that the answer-sheets in the subject of 'Social Study' and 'Science' in the 4th semester B.T.C. Examination, 2018 (Batch-2015) may be provided to the petitioner No.3 after he makes an application in the prescribed form and deposits the requisite fee. The petitioner No.4 prays that the answer-sheet in the subject of 'Science' and 'Social Studies' in the 4th semester B.T.C. Examination, 2018 (Batch- 2015) may be provided to the petitioner No.4 after he makes an application in the prescribed form and deposits the requisite fee.
Learned Standing Counsel has no serious objection to the aforesaid prayer.
The matter is remitted to the respondent No.3-Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P. at Prayagraj.
A writ of mandamus is issued commanding the respondent No.3-Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P. at Prayagraj to provide answer-sheets of the petitioners in the respective subjects of the 4th Semester, B.T.C. Examination, 2018 (Batch-2015) (mentioned earlier) within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the application in the prescribed format with requisite fee.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
