Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rajendra Kumar Singh for the respondents.
Petitioner has an alternative remedy of preferring an appeal against the order impugned before the Board of Directors of respondent no. 2.
Since such statutory alternative remedy has not been availed, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. It is, however, provided that in the event petitioner prefers an appeal within four weeks from today, the same shall be entertained and dealt with, in accordance with law.
Subject to the above observations, this writ petition is consigned to records.
