None appears for the petitioner even in the revised list.
It is pointed out by Sri H. N. Mishra, counsel for the respondents that petitioner has not been able to secure marks above the cut-off in the respective category.
So far as the averment with regard to outstanding vacancies is concerned this issue has already been decided by the Division Bench of this Court in Special Appeal Defective No.962 of 2018 (Vinay Kumar Singh and others vs. Union of India and others), decided on 12.10.2020.
For the reasons noticed above this writ petition also fails and is dismissed.
