Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
This is a writ petition against the dismissal order dated 22.12.2017 by which the petitioner was dismissed from service while holding the post of Constable in PAC.
Against the aforesaid order the petitioner has remedy of filing an appeal under Rule 20 of the U.P.Police Officers of the Subordinate Ranks (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 1991.
That being the case, the writ petition is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
