1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
2. The petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order dated 4.6.2019 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sandila, Hardoi, respondent no.3.
3. From a perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sandila, Hardoi has only directed the Block Development Officer concerned to get a open general meeting of the Gram Panchayat Atwa held for making a recommendation/proposal in favour of a candidate for allotment of fair price shop, which has fallen vacant due to cancellation of allotment of the earlier licencee.
4. This Court does not wish to interfere in the order impugned as no legal right of the petitioner is being affected by the impugned order.
5. The writ petition is misconceived. It is accordingly dismissed.
