The applicant has approached this Court against the recovery order dated 18.10.2018 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chandauli under Section 128, Cr.P.C. in Case No.230 of 2017.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he is willing to deposit the amount in easy installments.
This application is disposed of directing the applicant to deposit the entire amount in four equal installments including interest @ 6% per annum on the entire amount. The interest shall be deposited along with the last instalment. In case the applicant complies this order, no recovery in pursuance of the aforesaid shall be made, however, in failure to comply the aforesaid order, the interim protection granted above shall stand automatically vacated.
