JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 52
Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 15611 of 2018 Applicant :- Anil Kumar Opposite Party :- State Of U.P.
Counsel for Applicant :- R S Dubey,Savita Mishra Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.
Hon'ble Rajul Bhargava,J.
Heard Sri R S Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.340 of 2017, under Sections 498A, 304B, 201 IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Rampur-Karkhana, District Deoria, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record, I find that the deceased died within two years of the marriage at her matrimonial home and the dead body was disposed off hurriedly without giving any information to the Police or family members of the deceased. It is stated that the deceased had committed suicide on account of depression in the intervening night of 10/11.9.2017. Firstly, I may record that no time and date for committing suicide has been mentioned in the entire bail application and secondly no explanation as to why the Police was not informed by the applicant.
At this stage, I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of bail to applicant.
The bail application is accordingly rejected.
