Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
by means of the instant application filed under section 482 Cr.P.C., for setting aside the order dated 18.07.2018 passed by Additional Session Judge, Ballia in Session Trial No. 91 of 2018 (State v. Banti), under sections 363, 366, 376 IPC and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, P.S. Kotwali, District Ballia pending in the court of the Additional Session Judge, Ballia.
The present application under section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed in a callous and careless manner without furnishing necessary details of the case and this Court finds it difficult to adjudicate the matter in the absence of necessary details therefore, it was suggested to the learned counsel for the applicant to file the same through supplementary affidavit. To which learned counsel for the applicant instead of following the suggestion insisted upon to get the case decided instantly.
Therefore, the Court has no option but to dismiss the application, filed under section 482 Cr.P.C., on the ground of laches.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
