Order on Civil Misc. Review Application No. 337122 of 2015
An application is preferred to review the order dated 25 August 2015.
Under the aforesaid order, the Division Bench of this Court, while affirming the judgment passed by the learned Single Judge, noticed that while making appointment of the appellate- petitioner, the notice was affixed only on the notice board without having a wide publication. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the review-petitioner that at the relevant time there was no need for wide publication of the notification relating to recruitment. As per learned counsel need was only to affix a notice in this regard on notice board of the institution.
The argument so advanced is not at all supported by any statutory provision or otherwise. Merely on saying that a practice of affixing recruitment notice was in vogue that cannot be accepted. In normal course a public employment is required to be made by making a wide publicity of the vacancies to be filled up.
No case is made out to review the order dated 25 August 2015. Review application is dismissed.
