1- List has been revised. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for respondents is not present.
2- From perusal of the record, it transpires that on 9.12.2005 one conditional order was passed by this Court directing the petitioner to deposit maintenance amount at the rate of Rs.3000/- per month. There is no evidence on record to show that the conditional order dated 9.12.2005 was complied with by the petitioner and the said amount of maintenance has been deposited.
3- Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution as well as non-compliance of order dated 9.12.2015. Stay order, if any, stands vacated.
4- Copy of this order be transmitted to the court concerned to proceed according to law.
