Impleadment application is wholly misconceived and it is accordingly rejected. It shall be open to the applicant to file fresh writ petition, if he is aggrieved.
Counsel for the petitioners admits that the petitioners have not objected to the voter list before the election officer. He, therefore, seeks liberty to withdraw the instant writ petition to enable the persons who had filed objection against the voter list to agitate the matter.
Liberty sought for is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
