JUDGMENT / ORDER

Chief Justice's Court
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 19673 of 2018 Petitioner :- Anil Kumar Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Shri Krishna Mishra Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Santosh Kumar Singh
Hon'ble Dilip B. Bhosale,Chief Justice Hon'ble Suneet Kumar,J.
Heard Mr. Shri Krishna Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Archana Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondent-State.
The prayers made in the writ petition read thus:
"A. issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No. 2 and 3 not to demolish the construction standing over Khasra Land No. 411/(area 0.101 hectare) situated in village Aacheja, District Hapur except in accordance with law.
B. issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful possession of petitioners over Khasra Land No. 411/(area 0.101 hectare) situated in village Aacheja, District Hapur."
Though, we repeatedly asked counsel for the petitioner as to why petitioner apprehends demolition of his construction over Khasra No. 411, situated in Village Aacheja, District Hapur, he could not either place any material before us nor could he point out anything from the annexures in support thereof. In the circumstances, we have no option but to dispose of the writ petition. Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to take appropriate remedy if any order/notice of demolition is issued.
Order Date :- 30.5.2018 VMA (Dilip B Bhosale, CJ) (Suneet Kumar, J)
