Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. 2851/2018 (Anil Kumar & 2 Ors. Vs. State of U.P. & Ors.) under Section 38 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nakud, Saharanpur, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Case No. 2851/2018 (Anil Kumar & 2 Ors. Vs. State of U.P. & Ors.) under Section 38 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nakud, Saharanpur, shall be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
