The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to expedite the disposal of Original Suit No.652 of 2013 instituted by the plaintiff-petitioner against the defendant-respondents no.2 and 3.
Learned standing counsel Sri Mahendra Pratap Singh represents respondent no.1.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to expedite the proceedings of the suit by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
