Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available on record.
The present petition has been filed seeking following relief:-
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of an-interim mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide/ consider the Arms Licence application applied on 20.11.2018, within stipulated period."
Considering the limited submission made at the bar, the respondent no.2, District Magistrate, Mahoba District Mahoba is directed to consider and decide the application for grant of Arms Licence, if any, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
The petition is disposed off in terms of the above said order.
