The present petition is directed against the notice dated 17.11.2020 issued to the petitioners wherein it is indicated that the petitioners have unauthorizedly occupied the property in question.
It appears that the petitioners had submitted reply to the notice on 24.12.2020.
Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh has put in appearance on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3. He has no instruction as to whether a final decision has been taken by the authority or not.
As the challenge is to the show cause notice, we do not find any reason to keep the writ petition pending.
We, therefore, dispose of the writ petition with the observation that the competent officer of NOIDA shall take a final decision in the matter after consideration of the reply filed by the petitioners in an expeditious manner.
