Heard counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent no. 1 as well as Shri Vivek Kumar Rai, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3.
Today when the matter is taken up, counsel for the respondents placed before this Court the instruction received from the office of respondents dated 10.12.2021 by which the relief as has been sought by the petitioner has already been provided to him, the same is taken on record and copy also provided to the counsel for the petitioner.
In view of above, no further orders are required to be passed.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
