The grievance of the petitioner is in respect of the action taken by the Northern Railway Multi State Primary Cooperative Bank Ltd., North Central Railway, Allahabad in making certain illegal deductions from the Bank Account due to some default in repayment of a loan by some borrower, where his father has stood guarantor.
This matter does not appear to be a service matter, but a matter cognizable by the Bench dealing with the writ petition relating to recovery matters.
Let this matter be laid as fresh before appropriate Bench, if possible on 06.01.2020.
