Heard Sri Mithilesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the direction to expedite the proceedings of S.S.T. No.98 of 2016 (State Vs. Anil Kumar) arising out of Case Crime No.180 of 2015, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 308, 354, 324, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(10) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Barhan, District Agra, pending before the Additional District Judge-IInd, Agra.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant.
In the facts and circumstances of the case the lower court concerned is directed to expedite and conclude the proceeding of the aforesaid case expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, unless there is some legal impediment or unless there is any order passed by the higher court staying the proceedings of the case.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of finally.
