By the instant petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 18.5.2012 passed by the trial Court in Original Suit No. 416/2012 allowing application for temporary injunction as well as the order dated 20.8.2016 passed by the Appellate Court dismissing the appeal.
Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the appeal was decided in August 2016 and the instant petition has been filed after expriy of about one and a half year. He very fairly states that the trial Court be directed to decide the suit expeditiously, as order of temporary injunction is operating against the petitioners.
In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court without interfering with the impugned orders, disposes of the instant petition with direction to the trial Court to make all endeavour to decide Original Suit No. 416/2012, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
