The instant petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide application 6-C in Original Suit No. 237 of 2018 within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case, it appears that on 18.09.2018 notice was issued to the other side, fixing 30th October, 2018.
Under the circumstances, in case an application 6-C is pending, it is always open to the petitioner to make a request to the court concerned to consider and decide the application 6-C, in accordance with law, on the next date fixed.
The petition is disposed off.
