Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide application under Order 39, Rule 2-A C.P.C. pending as Misc. Case No. 20 of 2018 arising out of Original Suit No. 229 of 2018.
Considering the facts of the case, keeping in mind that the application under Order 39, Rule 2-A C.P.C. is filed when there is alleged infraction of an order passed by the court, this petition is disposed off by observing that in case the other side has been served with notice of the proceeding, the court concerned shall endeavour to bring the proceeding to its logical conclusion, expeditiously.
