Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Bearing in mind the fact that the appeal itself was instituted only in 2018, the Court finds no ground to issue peremptory directions as prayed for. It is however left open to the petitioner to move an appropriate application for the expeditious disposal of that suit before the concerned Court.
This writ petition shall stand disposed of in the above terms.
