Shri Sujit Kumar Rai, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 states that the claim of the petitioner in respect of the reliefs as claimed in the writ petition shall be duly considered by the respondent No.3 and be disposed of with expedition and in any view of the matter within a period of three months from today.
Accordingly and in light of the statement so made, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the concerned authority to consider the grievances of the petitioner and decide it by a reasoned order within a period of three months from today.
