JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the respondent states that in spite of the information sent to the Bank, he has not received in instruction. Accordingly, he wants to be withdrawn from the case.
Issue notice to the respondent no.1 to engage some other counsel and produce the record has directed by this Court in its orders dated 06.01.2016 and 26.04.2016. Office shall also fix a date in the notice.
It is made clear that if the Bank fails to produce the record by the next date, the writ petition shall be heard on the basis of the material available on record.
