This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 to take appropriate action and decision on the representation dated 05.03.2019 (Annexure-4)."
After arguing the matter for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the concerned authority in respect of his grievances with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the same within a stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 3/concerned authority ventilating his grievances and if any such representation is made, the said authority shall make all endeavours to consider and decide the same, after giving opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties including respondent no. 4, in accordance with law expeditiously.
