Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:-
1) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents 2 to 4 to not make any interference in the peaceful life of petitioner and his family and do not harass the petitioner, during the pendency of present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court.
2) to pass any other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
3) to award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioners.
The prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is misconceived.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as such with liberty to the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievance before the appropriate forum.
