Pursuant to the order dated 03.01.2019 learned Standing Counsel has perused a copy of the instructions dated 16.1.2019 which is same as taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent no. 2-District Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat to decide representation of the petitioner dated 27/29.08.2018 within stipulated period.
The petitioner is a complainant and he has filed complaint against elected Gram Pradhan which is duly supported by his affidavit.
In such view of the matter, present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2-District Magistrate, kanpur Dehat to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 27/29.08.2018 preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
The petition is disposed of.
