Heard the counsel for the parties.
The grievance of the petitioner is that proceedings registered by the District Magistrate under Sections 95(1)(g) of the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 and Section 27 of the aforesaid act against the respondent no. 6 who is the elected Gram Pradhan of the village are not being completed by the District Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat.
The petitioner may submit an application before the District Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat bringing the aforesaid fact to the notice of the District Magistrate who shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
