This petition is filed by the petitioner for quashing the charge sheet No. 283/18 dated 5.6.2018 under Section 495, 376B, 420, 323, 504, 506 IPC P.S. Kotawali Fatehgarh, District Farrukhabad C.R. No. 282/18.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner would be sufficiently met in case bail application of petitioner is considered expeditiously in accordance with law.
In view thereof, it is provided that if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within four weeks from today and applies for bail, the Court below will consider the same, in accordance with law in view of the observations made in the case of Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P. reported in [2009 (3) ADJ 322 (SC)].
For a period of four weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
