Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent No. 1 to decide the transfer application, which was number as 1080 of 2018 (Anil Vs. Gram Sabha) Under section 65 of U.P.C.H. Act, within stipulated time."
The transfer application, directions for expeditious disposal whereof is sought by means of this writ petition appears to have been preferred in the month of October, 2018.
In my considered opinion, such a long period of time has not elapsed, which would justify any direction for expeditious disposal of the transfer application itself.
Under the circumstances therefore, the writ petition is dismissed at this stage.
