Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present application the applicant has challenged the impugned order dated 9.4.2018 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court Kanpur for granting interim maintenance whereby Rs. 7,000/- has been directed to be paid to O.P. Nos. 2 and 3.
This application is disposed of with a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar to decide the application under section 125 Cr.P.C within a period of four months.
During this period the applicant shall make deposit of the amount of Rs. 5,000/- per month to O.P. Nos. 2 and 3.
This interim order shall abide by the final decision taken by the Family Court in the proceedings pending under section 125 Cr.P.C.
The application is finally disposed of.
