The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 467/2009, expeditiously, within a time specified by this Court.
The suit was instituted by the father of the petitioners and after his death, the petitioners were substituted in his place. The suit is pending since the year 2009, and is at the stage of recording of the evidence.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
