Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the following prayers:-
"(a) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents specially the Joint Director of Education, Azamgarh Region, Azamgarh to decide the claim of the petitioner for regularization in the terms of Section 33-C of Uttar Pradesh Secondary Services Selection Board, Act, 1982."
It is stated in the writ petition that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Assistant Teacher on 27.8.1991 and since then working regularly. It is argued that the petitioner is entitled for the benefit of Section 33C which was added in the U.P. Secondary Education Services Selection Board Act, 1982 with effect from 20.4.1988. In this regard, representations were made by the petitioner from time to time before respondent No.2/ Joint Director of Education (Secondary) Azamgarh Region Azamgarh but till date no decision has been taken on the same.
Heard learned counsel for the parties. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, present writ petition is disposed of finally at the admission stage itself.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally permitting the petitioner to submit fresh representation ventilating all his grievances along with self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad before respondent No.2/ Joint Director of Education (Secondary) Azamgarh Region Azamgarh within a period of three weeks from today. If such a representation is filed within stipulated period as mentioned above, the respondent No.2 shall pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of submission of representation before him.
