Heard Sri Ram Raj Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the Case No. 6656 of 2015 as well as the Case Crime No. 70 of 2015, under Sections 332, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. G.R.P. Aligarh, District Aligarh within a definite period.
Considering the facts of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment Order Date :- 27.9.2018 RPD
