Contention is that private respondents are unauthorizedly interfering with petitioners' possession over the land purchased by them.
From the materials placed on record there appears to be a dispute in respect of immovable property allegedly purchased by the petitioners. Such issues can only be resolved after the evidence is led by the parties in respect of their right over the property itself. Neither any direction is required to be issued to the administrative authorities, nor any other orders are warranted in the facts of the present case by this Court.
Leaving it open for the petitioners to approach the appropriate Civil Court, this writ petition is consigned to records.
