Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Bipin Bihari Pandey, learned Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 & 3 and Shri Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2.
The petitioners are before this Court for a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider their claim for regularization/appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher in Primary School in pursuance of Government Order dated 2.7.2021.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner makes fresh representation to the respondent No. 2 ventilating their grievance within two weeks, the respondent No. 2 would decide the same in accordance with law in further three months.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
