Petitioner had applied for appointment to the post of TGT in Sanskrit pursuant to the recruitment process initiated by the U.P. Secondary Education Services Selection Board in the year 2011. The written examination was conducted by the Board. Thereafter the interview was also held in May, 2018 and final result is declared. It is at this stage that the petitioner wants re-examination of answer-sheet on the ground that one of the answers to the question is wrong.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that model answer key was duly published by the Board and an opportunity was given to the candidates to submit their objections. Although it is stated that an objection was raised, but it is not substantiated by any record produced before this Court.
Learned counsel has not been able to show that within the time permitted by the Board objection was filed or that it was not considered. Much after the process has been concluded and petitioner has not been selected, he cannot be permitted to raise a grievance now.
Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed.
