Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amit Asthalakar who has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no. 2.
The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has challenged the show cause notice dated 15.6.2010 issued by the District Judge, Meerut. The aforesaid show cause notice is not without jurisdiction. The petitioner can very well file his reply to the above show cause notice and as and when any final order is passed, he can assail the same in proper forum.
In this view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition against the aforesaid show cause notice.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to file reply to the aforesaid show cause notice.
Petition dismissed.
