Under order of the Writ-Court dated 10.7.2018, the matter relating to regularisation of services of the applicants was required to be considered within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of the order.
It is not disputed that a certified copy of order of the Writ-Court was submitted in the office of opposite party on 23.7.2018 and hardly two months have expired since then. Consequently, this Court is not inclined to initiate contempt proceeding at this stage. However, in case the decision is inordinately delayed, it shall be open to the applicants to approach this Court by way of a fresh petition.
The contempt application is disposed of.
