Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Mata Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for opposite party.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 18.12.2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 41359 of 2019 (Anil Kumar Dubey Vs. District Forest Officer and others).
Today when the matter is taken up, Sri Mata Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for opposite party filed affidavit of compliance before this Court, the same is on record. It is stated the affidavit that the order of the Writ Court has been fully complied with in its letter and spirit. It is argued by Sri Mata Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for opposite party that no further cause of action would remain survived and prays for dismissal of the present contempt application.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required to be passed in the matter. Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
