Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is an employee of Uttar Pradesh Bhumi Sudhar Nigam. The Nigam has taken a decision to enhance the age of retirement from 58 years to 60 years. Even the State Government has tentatively considered the proposal favourably. Final decision in that regard, however, is pending at the end of the State viz. respondent no.1.

Sri Prashant Arora, Advocate, appearing for the respondent-State wants to seek instructions and file a counter affidavit.
