The petitioner is the owner of a stage carriage No.KL-8-AW-4242 having regular permit which was valid upto 15/05/2014. Petitioner has made an application for a temporary permit for a period of four months to conduct substitute service, as per Ext.P3. It is submitted that without intervention of this Court, his request for temporary permit for a period of four months will not be considered.
2. There shall be a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P3 application filed by the petitioner and issue temporary permit of four months duration in respect of vehicle No.KL-8-AW-4242 for the route mentioned therein.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
