Shri.Ajay Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner at the outset submits that he is pressing only prayer no.2 which is to direct the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 18.2.2019 regarding his consideration for regularization on the post of Assistant Accountant.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the authority concerned that in case any such representation filed by the petitioner is pending that may be decided expeditiously.
