The present application has been filed by the applicant under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the prayer to direct the Additional Civil Judge (SD) Court No. 2/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gorakhpur to decide complaint case no. 448 of 2012 (Sunita Gupta Vs. Anil Kumar and others), under Section 323, 504, 506, 498-A IPC and Section 3/4 D. P. Act, Police Station Chiluwatal, district Gorakhpur pending before him expeditiously.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously fixing short dates if there is no other legal impediment.
Both the parties are hereby directed to co-operate the court concerned in deciding the aforesaid matter and no unnecessary adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties.
With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
