This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:
"1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the first information report registered with Case Crime No. 842 of 2021, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 352, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station Loni Border, District Ghaziabad dated 21.09.2021.
2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to take any coercive process against the petitioners in the pursuance of Case Crime No. 842 of 2021, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 352, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station Loni Border, District Ghaziabad dated 21.09.2021during investigation of the said case."
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press this petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
