It appears that there are two groups of share holders. One group is represented by Sri R.P. Agrawal, Advocate and another group is represented by Sri Pushkar Mehrotra, Advocate.
Counsel for both the share holders state that there is no secured creditors or any other claimants except the share holders. They submitted that on the reserved price, it may not be possible to sell the property. Therefore to invite the prospective buyers, the reserved price of the immovable property may be reduced.
Sri R.P. Agrawal, Advocate suggested that it should be fixed at Rs.2 crores. Sri Pushkar Mehrotra, Advocate suggested that it should be fixed at Rs.1.5 crores.
Let the counsel for the share holders may file the affidavits of share holders about the above suggestions or any other suggestion.
