Learned counsel for the applicant has filed supplementary affidavit today in Court, which is taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State/ opposite party nos.1 and 2, learned counsel for the opposite party no.3 and perused the record.
Applicant- Anisha Shah seeks anticipatory bail in Complaint Case No. 14539 of 2020, under Sections 420, 506 IPC, Police Station Indirapuram, District Ghaziabad.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and the applicant is ready to surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail.
In view of the statement made, in case, the applicant appears/surrenders before the court below and applies for regular bail, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
