Heard Mr. Vindeshwari Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Vinay K. Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2.
Having regard to the nature of prayers made in the writ petition, we have perused the averments made in the writ petition and the annexures and it appears to us that on petitioner's complaint dated 20.04.2017 (Annexure-7), an enquiry has been instituted, in which the petitioner's statement has also been recorded. The grievance of the petitioner is that, thereafter, the enquiry is not proceeding further. In view thereof, we dispose of this writ petition with the observation that the concerned authority, which is making enquiry into the petitioner's complaint dated 20.04.2017, shall take the enquiry to its logical conclusion at the earliest.
